Glengoyne 15 combines whiskies wholly matured in bourbon and sherry casks in perfect balance creates a fascinating interplay between the resinous, sweetly dark orchard fruit notes imparted by sherry maturation and the brighter vanilla flavours of bourbon wood.

Chapter 3 tells the story of Sir Arthur John Tedder, who helped define the rules of Scotch whisky, inspired by Glengoyne's distillery.
